These are challenging times for all. The last thing you need is for an appliance to fail. Our Samsung engineers can help and we are still working to support you. To many, the breakdown of an appliance is an emergency.
We all obviously need to observe appropriate precautions but if you call our admin teams, we can arrange an engineer visit. For appliances covered by the Samsung Manufacturer guarantee, there would be no charge.
Obviously in these times our teams will prioritise customers with dead / no power faults rather than cosmetic type issues.
