Field Repairs
As a Samsung approved, Premier Service Centre we are able to repair your faulty Samsung TV or domestic appliances within the manufacturers warranty at no cost to you as well as chargeable repairs to products out of the manufacturer support period.
Off-Site Repairs
If your Samsung TV or white goods cannot be fixed in your home, then we shall take it back to our service centre and get it back to you as soon as we can.

These are challenging times for all. The last thing you need is for an appliance to fail. Our Samsung engineers can help and we are still working to support you. To many, the breakdown of an appliance is an emergency.
We all obviously need to observe appropriate precautions but if you call our admin teams, we can arrange an engineer visit. For appliances covered by the Samsung Manufacturer guarantee, there would be no charge.
Obviously in these times our teams will prioritise customers with dead / no power faults rather than cosmetic type issues.
